Operations · Agentic mail

Your mail, read and answered before you open it.

Each person’s real mailbox — Gmail, Outlook or IMAP — inside the operation. The drafts are already written, the commitments are already tracked, and at 7:30 the day’s report lands.

The counter doesn’t say “unread”. It says how many are left for you to decide on.

WONDA’s agentic mail connects each person’s real mailbox (Gmail, Outlook or IMAP) and puts an agent to work on it: it sorts the inbox by business value instead of by hour, writes the reply draft before you open the thread, detects the commitments left in writing and chases the ones falling due. Every morning it delivers a report with what it did and what is waiting on approval. It is a per-user mailbox, private by default; the omnichannel inbox covers something else: the business’s channels with its clients.

01What it solves

The inbox isn’t the work, but it eats the day.

Four hours a day split into two-minute slices, and things that needed answering still slip through.

Job 01 · Order

Two hundred emails sorted by hour is a list, not a priority.

The inbox is sorted by what matters to the business: clients, leads, suppliers and invoices, noise. The counter doesn’t say “unread” either: it says how many are left for you to decide on, which is the only number that changes your morning. The rest the agent has already dealt with.

Nine of twenty-three were noise. They never reached your morning.
Job 02 · Drafts

The draft is already written when you open the thread.

The agent writes the reply with the record’s context: the deal stage, the amount, the last call, the outstanding invoice. Three buttons adjust the tone — shorter, more formal, warmer — and every figure it cites carries its source so you can verify it without leaving the thread. Send, edit or discard.

Two minutes between the question and the reply going out. One of them was reading it.
Job 03 · Commitments

“I’ll send you the proposal on Thursday”, and today is Tuesday.

The agent detects promises written in both directions — yours and the ones made to you —, keeps the exact sentence and counts the days. When something falls due, the reminder is already drafted and all you do is look at it. What was written down gets chased, with the quote in front of you.

Two of these commitments are yours. The other two were made to you.
Job 04 · Autonomy

You decide how much it can send without asking you.

Each category has its level: draft only, one-click approval, or autopilot. Senders you mark as sensitive always stay on draft only, even if their category is on autopilot. Everything that goes out stays in the agent’s log. That log can’t be deleted, not even by you.

02The difference

Who does what, from day 1.

This isn’t a feature you learn to use: it’s work that stops being yours, with an explicit split of responsibilities.

The agent

Reads, drafts and chases

  • Classifies every thread and archives the noise unprompted
  • Writes the draft with context from the CRM and finance
  • Files commitments with their exact sentence and date
  • Delivers the day’s report at the hour it was asked for
Your team

Decides and signs

  • Goes through only what is left “to decide”
  • Sends, edits or discards each proposed draft
  • Raises or lowers the autonomy level per category
  • Marks the senders that never go out without review
The WONDA team

Connects and tunes

  • Connects the accounts and oversees the history import
  • Defines the triage categories in the business’s language
  • Reviews the agent log and corrects the tone every month
  • Watches for expired tokens so nothing fails in silence

At 7:30 the day’s report arrives: what came in, what already has a draft and which commitment got tracked. Sending still goes out with your signature, never without it.

05Typical scenario

The numbers of a real operation.

Real estate manager · 4 accounts connected

From a hundred and eighty unread to six to decide on.

The managing partner’s inbox had three weeks of unopened mail and two investor commitments nobody remembered making. 12,400 emails were imported, four accounts connected, and the agent started classifying. The report lands at 7:30 and the inbox sweep takes twelve minutes.

Frequently asked

What people ask about mail.

How is it different from the omnichannel inbox?

The omnichannel inbox is the business’s channels with its clients: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, the website chat. Mail is each user’s personal mailbox, with their own address, private by default. They don’t merge because the permissions differ, but they are bridged: a mail thread linked to a contact shows up on their CRM record.

Can I use it to send campaigns?

No, deliberately. This is one-to-one conversation and individual follow-up only. Campaigns, segments and mass sequences live in email marketing, a different module with different rules.

Who can read my mail?

Only you, unless you share a thread. The org-sharing rule is configurable and by default shares nothing; it can be raised to “only threads with business contacts”. Threads marked private are never shared.

Can it send without my approval?

Only if someone explicitly raises that category to autopilot. Out of the box everything arrives as a proposed draft. Senders marked as sensitive never enter autopilot, even if their category is on it.

What happens if the account permission expires?

You see it in the header as “Token expired — reconnect”, and reconnecting is one click. The rule is that the module never fails in silence: if it stopped syncing, it says so.

How many hours of your week go into the inbox?

The diagnostic measures your average reply time, how many threads are still waiting and how many commitments went unclosed last quarter.
