Sales · CRM

The CRM you don't have to feed.

Pipeline, records and audiences that update with every conversation. Because a CRM that depends on someone entering data is always out of date, and everybody knows it.

Nobody dragged the card: the conversation moved it · test org Norvela Capital, fictional data.

The CRM in the WONDA platform is the business's single base: every message, call, form and appointment automatically creates or updates the contact record, moves its pipeline stage and leaves the full history. Nobody on the team enters data by hand. Audiences segment themselves and feed the other modules.

01What it solves

A CRM doesn't fail for being bad. It fails for being empty.

The tool was never the problem: the problem was that someone had to fill it in after a full day's work.

Job 01 · Capture

30% of your contacts aren't in any system.

They're in a salesperson's personal WhatsApp, on a business card, in an unanswered email. Here, every contact that touches the business on any channel enters the CRM automatically, with its source, its language and its first intent. The database stops having holes.

The pipeline reflects what happened, not what someone remembered to enter.
Job 02 · History

"Does anyone know where we left it with this client?"

The record gathers every message, call, summary, document and appointment into a single timeline, whatever the channel and whoever handled it. When a salesperson leaves, the knowledge stays. When a new one joins, they start already knowing. Context stops living in one person's head.

Job 03 · Segments

Pulling a list for a campaign takes you two days.

Audiences are built from the business's real conditions (stage, budget, language, property of interest, last activity) and they stay alive: whoever meets the condition joins, whoever stops meeting it leaves. They feed email marketing and outreach directly.

An audience here is a living condition: people flow in and out on their own.
Job 04 · Hygiene

Nobody moves the cards, and the pipeline lies.

An out-of-date pipeline is worse than no pipeline: it makes you forecast on smoke. Here stages move on evidence (a reply, a booked meeting, a signed proposal) and contacts with no activity flag themselves so nobody counts them as alive.

The pipeline cleans itself. The evidence does it.
02The difference

Who does what, from day 1.

This isn't a feature you learn to use: it's work that stops being yours, with an explicit split of responsibilities.

03What it works with

The CRM is the base. Everything else drinks from here.

No module operates alone. These are the ones closest to it, and the channels the work goes out through.

Three projects in pre-sales with the prospects scattered across spreadsheets, personal WhatsApps and a shared sheet nobody updated. After migration and install, the whole base is unified, deduped and alive, and follow-up stops depending on each salesperson's memory.

Frequently asked

What people ask about the CRM.

Can I migrate my current CRM?

Yes, and it's part of the install. We import contacts, companies, notes and documents, dedupe them and flag what isn't worth keeping. You get a report of what came in, what was merged and what was discarded.

Can I keep using the CRM I already have?

Sometimes, when there's a strong reason, a critical integration or a group requirement. But the diagnostic's test is that one operational truth remains: keeping two systems in parallel is the fastest way to have both of them wrong.

Does my team have to learn to use it?

They can log in whenever they want, and most do for the pipeline and the records. But the maintenance work (entering, moving, tagging, cleaning) isn't theirs: the agents and the WONDA team do it.

How is the pipeline defined?

From the way you actually sell, not from a template. In the diagnostic we map the stages a customer really goes through in your business and what evidence marks the move from one to the next.

Is the data mine?

Yes. It exports in full in open formats whenever you want, including conversation history and documents. We don't use data retention as a lock-in mechanism.

Does it work for long sales cycles?

That's where it pays off most. In two- or three-year cycles, 100% of the risk is in the follow-up; the CRM plus outreach sequences keep the relationship alive without anyone having to remember.

Your database is worth more than you think.

The diagnostic audits your current base: how many contacts there are, how many are duplicates and how many have gone months without anyone touching them.
