What people ask about reporting.

Can I define my own metrics?

It's the only way to do it right. In the diagnostic we define what actually measures the health of your business; the scorecard is built on that, not on a generic template.

How often do reports arrive?

Live dashboard, a daily digest at the hour you choose, and a monthly executive report. If your operation needs a different cadence (weekly for a project, quarterly for a board) it gets configured.

Is the data real time?

The dashboard is. The digest and the report work on closed periods so the figures are comparable and don't move while somebody is reading them.

Can I export to Excel or to my BI?

Yes, in open formats and via scheduled export. If you already have a corporate BI, it gets fed from here instead of duplicating the work.

Who explains the numbers to me?

The WONDA team, in the monthly executive report. That meeting is part of the operation: we don't hand over a PDF and disappear, we explain the variance and propose the adjustment.

And if the numbers come out badly?

They get said anyway. The guarantee is measured with this same data, so dressing it up would mean dressing ourselves up. When a month goes badly, the report says so and the conversation is about what we change.
