Minutes are deducted in credits and the rate depends on the destination. The month’s 150,000 credits give you about 920 minutes if the call comes from the website, 870 to the US, 770 to Colombia, 730 to Mexico, 630 to Chile and Peru, 420 to Spain and 280 to mobiles in Argentina or other countries. On the phone each started minute is billed; on the web, by the second. The simulator on this page runs the numbers with yours.

Yes, to Latin America and Spain: it is activated at sign-up and each SMS uses credits according to the country. In Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru the carrier replaces the sending number, so your client replies by call or chat rather than by answering the SMS. Sending SMS to US phones needs the add-on of 49 USD setup and 10 USD a month, because of the registration carriers require there.

The plan includes up to 10 users. From Team you invite your people by email, choose whether each one is an admin or a member and remove them whenever you want. The server enforces the limit of 10.

It is not open to clients yet. When it opens, it connects to the same agent and what Meta charges per conversation you pay directly to Meta: WONDA does not deduct credits for WhatsApp. Instagram and Facebook can already be connected.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

- Commitment or setup fee?
- No commitment. The implementation is a one-time 497 USD, with the monthly or the annual plan. An additional agent: 497 USD implementation + 297 USD a month.
How am I charged?

- You pay by card on Stripe. The card is processed by Stripe, PCI DSS Level 1 certified; WONDA never sees or stores it.
- Renewal
- The plan renews itself every month or every year. Each charge creates its invoice in Stripe, and WONDA also sends you its receipt.
