So the AI is used by the whole team.

Practical training on your own operation and an AI coach available by voice. Because a transformation only the owner understands switches off the moment they get busy with something else.

The training uses your own cases, not generic examples.

WONDA's academy trains the client's whole team to work natively with artificial intelligence: learning paths built on the business's real operation, a voice AI coach always available, and per-person adoption tracking. It's the module that turns a technical install into a change that holds.

01What it solves

60% of SMBs adopting AI generate no measurable value.

They buy technology without transformation. The difference is always in the people.

Job 01 · Adoption

The owner gets excited. The team watches from a distance.

It's the most repeated pattern: one person pushes, everyone else keeps working as always, and three months later the tool is deserted. The academy trains by role, with the business's real cases, and measures adoption person by person. The transformation stops depending on one enthusiast.

Job 02 · Timing

The question shows up at seven in the evening, not during the course

The AI coach is available when the real problem appears: how to word that difficult reply, how to prepare that meeting, how to use the module nobody has touched in a month. Training stops being an event and becomes a resource.

Job 03 · Onboarding

Every new hire restarts the curve

Onboarding is documented and guided: whoever joins finds the path already built, with the business's procedures already written. What used to take weeks of hand-holding becomes a path people walk on their own.

Job 04 · Culture

AI as a threat or as a tool

A good share of the resistance is fear, and it isn't solved with a tutorial. It gets worked on explicitly: what each person stops doing, what they start doing and why their work becomes more valuable, not less.

02The difference

Who does what, from day 1.

This isn't a feature you learn to use: it's work that stops being yours, with an explicit split of responsibilities.

The agent

Teaches and accompanies

  • Guides the learning paths by role
  • Answers questions by voice the moment they arise
  • Practices real situations with feedback
  • Spots whoever fell behind and offers help
Your team

Learns and applies

  • Spends the agreed time on training
  • Brings their real cases into practice
  • Gives feedback on what doesn't work
  • Adopts whatever gives them hours back
The WONDA team

Designs and supports

  • Builds the paths around the client's operation
  • Facilitates the live kickoff sessions
  • Measures real adoption and acts where it isn't happening
  • Reports the team's progress in the monthly report
03What it works with

Adoption is earned by walking the team through it.

No module operates alone. These are the ones closest to it, and the channels the work goes out through.

05Typical scenario

The numbers of a real operation.

Team of 22 people · 4 departments

From one enthusiast to nineteen people using it every week.

A technically correct install with adoption concentrated in two people. Once role-based paths opened and the voice coach became available, weekly usage spreads to almost the whole team within a quarter, and the hours saved start showing up outside the owner's office.

Frequently asked

What people ask about the academy.

How much of my team's time does it take?

The paths are built as short blocks around real business cases, not long courses. The aim is for the time invested to be recovered the same week; if that doesn't happen, the path is badly designed and gets changed.

What if my team resists?

That's normal, and it gets worked on explicitly. Resistance is almost always fear of becoming redundant. The honest conversation (what each person stops doing and what they start doing) solves more than any tutorial.

Does the AI coach speak?

Yes, by voice. Practicing out loud works far better than reading, especially in customer service and sales, where what's being trained is a conversation.

Does it work for non-technical people?

It's designed for that. Most of our clients' teams aren't technical; the content starts from their work, not from artificial intelligence concepts.

How is adoption measured?

By real usage: which modules each person touches, how often, and what questions they resolve on their own. Not with satisfaction surveys, which measure enthusiasm rather than change.

How many people on your team use AI every week?

The diagnostic measures it for real. The gap between the expected answer and the actual one is usually the most revealing part.
