Marketing · Email marketing

The newsletter that actually goes out this time.

Campaigns, sequences and newsletters written, segmented and scheduled against the business's real audiences. You approve; it sends itself. Every month, not whenever there's a gap.

The segment recalculates from the CRM. Nobody uploads a CSV.

WONDA's email marketing module writes, segments, schedules and measures campaigns, automatic sequences and newsletters on the CRM's dynamic audiences. The agent prepares the piece and a human approves before any mass send. The cadence gets met even in a difficult month, because it doesn't depend on somebody having a free afternoon.

01What it solves

The most profitable channel is the least used one.

Not because it doesn't work, but because writing the piece can always wait until next week.

Job 01 · Cadence

The last newsletter you sent was fourteen months ago.

It isn't a lack of conviction: writing, laying out, segmenting and reviewing costs half a day nobody has. The agent prepares the piece with what actually happened in the business and leaves it ready to approve. Your job goes from writing to deciding whether it ships.

A sequence that fires itself when the contact does something.
Job 02 · Segments

Sending everyone the same thing is the fastest way to lose the list

CRM audiences are dynamic: whoever meets the condition joins and whoever stops meeting it leaves. A pre-sale buyer and an investor don't receive the same thing, and nobody has to maintain two lists by hand.

Job 03 · Deliverability

Writing well is useless if you land in spam

Domain authentication, gradual warm-up, list hygiene and bounce cleanup. It's invisible, boring work that decides whether your email gets read or never seen.

Job 04 · Continuity

Email doesn't live alone

Whoever opens and clicks enters the pipeline and can get a WhatsApp from the agent the next day. The campaign stops being an isolated event and becomes the first step of a conversation.

02The difference

Who does what, from day 1.

This isn't a feature you learn to use: it's work that stops being yours, with an explicit split of responsibilities.

Split of responsibilities · Email marketingIn force from day 1 of operation
The agent

Writes and schedules

  • Writes the piece from what happened in the business
  • Picks and cleans the send audience
  • Schedules, sends and measures opens, clicks and conversion
  • Fires sequences based on the contact's behavior
Your team

Approves and decides

  • Signs off every mass send before it goes out
  • Brings the editorial judgment and the month's message
  • Defines what gets communicated and what doesn't
  • Reviews results in the report, not in a dashboard
The WONDA team

Builds and looks after it

  • Configures domain, authentication and sending reputation
  • Designs the template with your brand
  • Tests subject lines and formats, keeps what works
  • Keeps the list clean and opt-outs current
03What it works with

Email is a channel. The audience lives somewhere else.

No module operates alone. These are the ones closest to it, and the channels the work goes out through.

05Typical scenario

The numbers of a real operation.

Hotel group · base of 9,400 subscribers

Twelve sends a year instead of two.

A large, neglected owned database, with two sends in the last year and a falling open rate. Once production moved to the agent, the cadence stabilizes at one send a month with segmentation by guest type, and the list starts responding again.

The change, measured

Frequently asked

What people ask about email marketing.

Does the AI write the whole newsletter?

It writes the full draft from what actually happened in the business: news, availability, cases, content. You bring the editorial judgment and approve. Nothing goes out under your brand without a human signature.

Can I use my current email tool?

It gets assessed in the diagnostic. If your current platform has good domain reputation and is already integrated, keeping it sometimes makes sense; the usual move is to unify so audiences and opt-outs live in one place.

What about opt-outs and consent?

They're honored instantly and across every channel: whoever unsubscribes from email also stops receiving outreach sequences. The applicable legal framework is reviewed per country during install.

How do you measure whether it works?

Beyond opens and clicks, which say little: contacts entering the pipeline, meetings booked and attributed sales. The metric that matters is how many clients it brought, not how many opened.

Does it work if my list is small?

A well-segmented list of 300 of your own contacts usually outperforms a purchased list of 30,000. Size matters far less than the prior relationship.

Your email list has been waiting for months.

The diagnostic reviews the real size of your base, its health, and what talking to it consistently again would be worth.
