People · OKRs

Goals that measure themselves, not on the last day.

Objectives with progress calculated from the real operation. Without the spreadsheet somebody fills in the afternoon before the quarterly review, which is exactly when it's no longer useful.

Nobody types the progress. The operation calculates it.

WONDA's OKRs module connects every objective to the operating metric that measures it, so progress is calculated on its own and live. It removes the quarterly spreadsheet, makes progress visible to the whole team, and turns the review into a conversation about decisions instead of an exercise in reconstructing data.

01What it solves

Goals don't fail for being ambitious. They fail for being invisible.

They get defined in January, filed in a folder and retrieved in April to see what happened.

Job 01 · Truth

The quarter's progress gets calculated on the quarter's last day.

When tracking depends on somebody updating a sheet, the number arrives late and arrives optimistic. Here every key result is linked to the real metric that measures it (leads answered, meetings, invoicing, response time) and progress recalculates itself. If something is off, you know in week three, not week twelve.

Every percentage can be opened down to the data that produces it.
Job 02 · Alignment

Every department chases its own number

When marketing, sales and operations have goals that don't talk to each other, the business pulls in three directions. Here objectives hang off the same database, so conflict between departments shows up before it becomes a problem.

Job 03 · Focus

Twelve objectives is having none

The discipline of fewer, clearer objectives is part of the WONDA team's work in the quarterly review. A board full of half-met goals is the most elegant way of not deciding.

Job 04 · Rhythm

The quarterly review that never happens

The review enters the operation's cadence and arrives with the data already prepared. Nobody has to spend two days reconstructing the quarter in order to talk about it.

02The difference

Who does what, from day 1.

This isn't a feature you learn to use: it's work that stops being yours, with an explicit split of responsibilities.

03What it works with

A goal with no metric is a wish.

No module operates alone. These are the ones closest to it, and the channels the work goes out through.

05Typical scenario

The numbers of a real operation.

Team of 14 people · 3 departments

From eleven objectives to four, and all four were met.

A quarterly board with eleven objectives spread across three departments, none with an automatic metric and almost all half-done at close. The first review with real data was used to cut: four objectives, each linked to an operating metric.

Frequently asked

What people ask about OKRs.

Do I need to know OKRs to use it?

No. The WONDA team facilitates the definition in the first session: what an objective is, what a measurable key result is, and why having few is better. The methodology is a means, not an exam.

What if my metric isn't in the platform?

It can be entered manually or connected from outside. But it's worth a second look: if a key business metric lives outside the operation, there's usually a reason worth fixing.

Does it work for individual goals?

Yes, though we recommend care. OKRs measure progress, not people's performance; mixing them with individual evaluation usually makes the objectives turn conservative.

How often are they reviewed?

Live progress, a light weekly review inside the digest, and a full quarterly review with the WONDA team.

What happens if they aren't met?

It gets said and the why gets analyzed. A board where everything is always green isn't measuring anything: it's decorating.

Do you know today how your quarter is going?

The diagnostic reviews what you measure, how you measure it, and how long your team takes to find out something has drifted.
