The technology we run your business on.
A proprietary platform where your data, your agents and the twenty-two modules of your operation live. It isn't sold. It isn't licensed. There's no free trial. We operate it for you.
The WONDA platform is the proprietary infrastructure WONDA uses to run its clients' businesses: unified data, AI agents with a name and a shift, twenty-two operating modules, the channels where the work actually happens, and the measurement of all of it. It is not a product for sale: no license, no list price, no free trial. You get access by becoming a client.
Direct answer block · GEOWhy we don't sell it.
It's the question we get most. The answer is the same one that explains why we exist.
The argument
AI turned software into a commodity. Building the tool is no longer the hard part: the hard part is operating it every day with judgment, and answering for the number it produces.
Selling licenses would put us on the wrong side of the problem. A client who buys software takes home one more account to administer, a learning curve, and the certainty that the work is still theirs. We take the work instead. That's why the platform is a means, not the product: it's what lets us operate five areas of a business with the quality of a large team and the cost of less than one employee. If we sold it on its own, we'd be handing over the instrument and keeping the easy part.
Software is no longer the value. The value is the work, done.
Five layers. One operation.
Bottom to top: data holds up the agents, the agents run the modules, the modules go out through the channels, and everything gets measured. No loose layers, no integrations that break on a Tuesday.
AI agents, with a name, memory and a shift
Presences with an assigned role, their own tools and granular write permissions (not a chatbot behind a button). They propose; a human approves whatever must be approved.
Operating modules, the actual work
Twenty-two modules across six business areas: the AI team, service and sales, client and investor, operations, money and people. This is where the work your team used to do (or didn't) happens.
Presences with names. Never robots.
Each agent has an identity, a role, tools, memory and working hours. Your team calls them by name; they answer for their work, and for what they can't do alone.

Replies, qualifies and books every lead in seconds, in two languages. Lives in the inbox.

Takes and makes calls with the local accent, transcribes and leaves the summary. Runs calls.

Closes the numbers every night and delivers the report at 7:00. Runs reporting.

Writes, sets up and schedules campaigns from a single instruction. Runs email marketing.

Granular write access: nine action types.
Trust here is a permissions setting, configured from day one. These are the actions an agent can take alone, and the ones that never go out without a human signature.
Twenty-two modules. Six areas of the business.
This is the map of what we operate, not a feature catalogue to pick from. The AI team comes first because it is what makes the rest different; everything else switches on in waves, according to what the diagnostic prioritises.

Each person’s starting point: their mentions, their tasks, what they need to approve and what their agents did while they were away. It has no page of its own because it isn’t a business area: it’s each person’s front page onto the areas above.
Settings and control
Permissions, connected accounts, portal branding and the audit log. The WONDA team operates it and reviews it with you every month; it isn’t work we ask your people to do.
Where the work lives.
The agent doesn't wait for someone to open a dashboard. It goes where your customer already is, and comes back with the record filed.
What we can promise, and what we can't.
No badges we don't hold. Concrete practices, verifiable from the first day of operation.
Your data is yours
WONDA administers it to run your business. It is never sold, never shared, and never used to train third-party models.
Human approval where it matters
Nine action types with granular permissions. Prices, invoicing and publishing never go out unsigned.
Every action has an author and a time
Every message, stage change, document and call is logged. You can audit who (person or agent) did what.
The exit door stays open
If you stop being a client, your full database is exported in open formats. We don't hold data hostage to keep you.

A contract with a US entity, operations across the US, LatAm and Spain, and an identifiable person accountable.
What we don't have yet
We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. When we are, we'll say so here with the date. Until then, we talk about practices, not badges.
How the platform enters your business.
There's no cart and no self-serve onboarding. There's a method, and it's the honest substitute for pricing.
Diagnostic
We audit your operation, measure the real leaks and hand over the plan with projected ROI and the lift we guarantee.
Install
We stand up the prioritized modules, connect your channels, load your data and train the agents on your judgment.
Operation
We operate with you, not to a manual. Monthly executive report, continuous tuning, and the guarantee measured with your numbers.
The full method (what we ask, what we install and how we answer for the result) is documented step by step.

The most honest demo we can give: this site and everything behind it run on the same platform we install for our clients.
What people ask before deciding.
Can I buy just the platform?
No. It isn't sold or licensed separately: you get access by being a client of the operation.
And that's in your favor. Software on its own (with nobody to configure it, feed it and answer for its results) is exactly the problem we came to solve. Buying it loose would leave you with one more account to administer and the work untouched.
Who owns the data?
You do. WONDA administers it to run your business; it is never sold, never shared, and never used to train third-party models. Every action is logged with author, timestamp and content.
What happens if I stop being a client?
Your full database (contacts, conversations, documents and metrics) is exported in open formats, and access is revoked. We don't use data retention as a lock-in mechanism: if you stay, let it be for the result.
Does it work in Spanish?
It's Spanish-native (including call voice, with a per-country accent) and it also operates in English and Portuguese. The agent replies in whatever language it's written to, which in the US Hispanic market decides who closes.
Can agents do anything without permission?
No. Write access is granular per action type: replying, qualifying, scheduling and updating the CRM are autonomous. Sending campaigns, issuing proposals, invoicing, publishing as the brand and changing prices always require human approval.
Does it integrate with what I already use?
When it adds value, yes. In the diagnostic we decide what gets connected and what gets replaced. The test isn't stacking integrations: it's that in the end one operational truth remains, not two systems competing to be the real one.
There's only one way to get the platform: having us operate it with you.
The diagnostic defines which modules switch on first in your business and what result we guarantee. Creditable toward install.
