Solutions · Revenue Engine
Between the ad click and the money in the bank there are a dozen hands, five tools and nobody on the night shift. The Revenue Engine takes that whole stretch —marketing, sales and service— and hands it to an AI team, with numbers we answer for every month.
The full commercial cycle
WONDA's Revenue Engine is the service that installs and runs a company's full commercial cycle: capture, reply, follow-up, meeting, proposal, signature and payment.
A team of AI agents runs it on WONDA's platform, in Spanish and English, around the clock.
The contract lists five measurable commitments and the monthly report checks them one number at a time.
01 The cost of leaving it
Three numbers from your category, with their source. None of them is about WONDA.

02 How WONDA runs it
Six stretches. Each one has an owner, a measure and a shift.
One record from the first click
Form, ad, WhatsApp, Instagram or the booking page: it all lands in the same record, with the campaign that brought it attached to the contact. The leak between tools starts here, and here is where it gets closed.
Under 5 minutes, whatever time it is
The inbox agent answers in the lead's language, works out what they are asking for, qualifies them and hands over to the right person when the conversation calls for it. Nobody has to watch their phone on a Sunday night.
Six touches before anyone is written off
Most teams give up on the second attempt; conversion usually lands between the sixth and the eighth. The multichannel sequence runs on its own and leaves the trail of every touch in the CRM.
The meeting closes inside the conversation
Real availability, reminders and rescue for whoever did not show. Booked, attended and rescheduled all get measured, which is the only way to know whether the funnel is breathing.
Proposal in under 24 hours, with signature and payment
The proposal goes out to the client portal with their name and their brand, gets signed online and paid by card. The revenue cycle does not end at the handshake.
The report arrives attached to the invoice
Actions executed, equivalent hours saved and attributable revenue. What the AI got wrong is not charged, and that shows up in the report too.

The perimeter
Sales, marketing and customer service sit inside the perimeter WONDA installs, runs and guarantees. The rest of the platform stays available to your team, with no operating agreement, until you decide to widen it.
It is written into the contract, with a way to measure it and a remedy if it is missed. It applies to every channel you connect to us, at any hour and in the lead's language. No agency and no software licence signs this, because neither of them is awake at three in the morning.
03 What gets signed
The backbone of the offer. Everything else exists to hold these five up.
100% of leads answered in under 5 minutes, 24/7, across every connected channel.
No lead without follow-up: at least six multichannel touches before anyone is dropped, traceable lead by lead.
Run by usBooking with reminders and no-show rescue. Meetings, attendance and reschedules all get reported.
Run by usProposal in the client portal within 24 hours of the deal review, with digital signature and online payment.
Run by usA results report on every invoice: actions executed, equivalent hours and attributable revenue. AI actions that fail are not charged.

We don't sell it as a licence and there is no adoption course for the owner. The platform is our working tool; what you contract is a team to run it on your behalf and hand you a monthly report. Your people log in to approve and to close, not to configure.
Every message that comes in through a connected channel carries its timestamp and the reply's. The monthly report publishes the percentage met and the cases that fell outside the window. If the month misses, it is not invoiced: it is a contractual remedy, not a commercial gesture.
No. We promise the operation of the system that produces them: speed, follow-up coverage, meetings measured and payment without friction. Attributing a sale depends on your offer, your price and your market, and anyone who guarantees you the final outcome is selling you a future argument.
Finance in full, OKRs, projects and operations, the human team and community. They stay available in the platform for your people to use, but with no operating agreement. When you want us carrying those too, that is the full Operating Partner conversation.
Yes. Immediate response is the wedge and plenty of people start there. The Revenue Engine is the whole cycle, and it usually makes sense once speed is solved and what keeps dropping is the follow-up, the meeting or the proposal.
We do not publish platform prices or service rates on the web. The diagnostic sizes your operation with your numbers and the proposal comes out of that, with the flat fee and what it covers. What can be said upfront: it is a flat fee with a hard cap, and what fails is not charged.

The diagnostic
The diagnostic surfaces your real reply time, how many leads die without follow-up and the revenue sitting behind them. You keep it even if you walk away, and it credits against the installation.
