Operations · Client portal

Your brand, your investors, one single place.

A private portal where every investor, buyer or client logs in and finds their information up to date: documents, progress, reports and their communication thread. Without asking for anything by email.

The account, its contract and what comes next — on one screen.

WONDA's client and investor portal is a private space under the client's brand where every investor, buyer or account accesses their documents, their progress and their periodic report, with traceability of who saw what and when. It updates itself from the operation's data and replaces email with attachments.

01What it solves

Trust is shown with access.

An investor who has to chase you to know how their money is doing is already thinking about the next one.

Job 01 · Access

"Could you resend the report? I can't find the email."

Each investor logs into their portal and finds everything: the report history, their signed documents, the status of their stake and the communication thread. No digging through an inbox from eight months ago. Asking stops being the default channel.

Private access per investor, with per-document permissionsFull history, always availableTraceability: who logged in, what they saw and when
The brand is the client's. WONDA appears nowhere.
Job 02 · Reporting

The monthly report goes out late, and it looks different every time.

The report is generated from the operation's data, published in the portal on the committed date and announced to each recipient on their channel. Same format, same date, every month. Reporting produces it; the portal delivers it.

Fixed publication date, met without remindersConsistent format month over month, comparableAutomatic notice over WhatsApp and email on publish
The same report, the same date, every month.
Job 03 · Documents

The contracts live in five folders belonging to three people.

Contracts, addenda, receipts and onboarding material get uploaded once and stay ordered by client, with version and date. The portal records downloads and signatures, so nobody ever has to ask whether someone received something.

One place, versioned and dated. Never again «which one was the good one?».
Job 04 · Scale

With twelve investors it works. With sixty, it doesn't.

One-to-one communication breaks as you grow: someone always ends up without their copy. The portal scales without adding hours (publishing for one is the same work as publishing for a hundred) and frees the team from the task that costs the most reputation when it fails.

The whole book, one line: who is at risk and who is not.
02The difference

Who does what, from day 1.

This isn't a feature you learn to use: it's work that stops being yours, with an explicit split of responsibilities.

03What it works with

The portal shows. The other modules produce.

No module operates alone. These are the ones closest to it, and the channels the work goes out through.

05Typical scenario

The numbers of a real operation.

Capital manager · 58 investors · LatAm

From three days of monthly assembly to a twenty-minute review.

A firm that spent three working days every month preparing and emailing individual reports, with different attachments per vehicle. With the portal, the report is generated on its own, the manager reviews and signs, and publication is simultaneous for all 58 investors.

Frequently asked

What people ask about the portal.

Does the portal carry my brand or WONDA's?

Yours, always: your logo, your colors and your domain. The end client never sees WONDA's name anywhere in the portal.

Does each investor only see their own information?

Yes. Permissions are per user and per document, and they can be grouped by vehicle, project or investor type. Nobody sees anyone else's information.

Does it work for clients who aren't investors?

Yes. It's used the same way for pre-sale buyers, corporate accounts or clients on long projects: any relationship where the person needs to see their status without writing an email.

Can documents be signed there?

Yes, with a record of signature, date and IP. Contracts, addenda and acceptances are archived on the client record and in the portal.

What about historical documents?

They're migrated during install. It's one of the tasks teams appreciate most: going from scattered folders to an archive ordered by client and by date.

Will I know if an investor isn't logging in?

Yes, and it's a useful signal. The panel shows last login and unread documents per person, and the agent can remind them on their channel before the silence starts to show in the relationship.

Your investor shouldn't have to ask you for anything.

The diagnostic reviews your current reporting cycle: how long it takes, who does it, and how many times a month someone asks for something that should already be available.
