Appointments booked with no back-and-forth.

The agent offers a slot, confirms, books and reminds. Your team opens the calendar and sees a full week, without once typing "does Tuesday work for you?"

WONDA's scheduling module lets the AI agent book directly against the team's real availability from inside any conversation, with a public booking page under the client's brand and automatic reminders over WhatsApp and email. It cuts no-shows and eliminates the message ping-pong of finding a slot.

01What it solves

Booking takes more work than selling.

Eight messages to find a slot. And then half of them don't show up.

Job 01 · Friction

Eight messages to agree on a thirty-minute meeting.

The agent sees real availability (the calendar's, not the theoretical one) offers two or three concrete options and closes the appointment inside the same WhatsApp conversation. No links the customer never opens, no "I'll send you my scheduling page". The appointment closes where they were already talking.

Job 02 · Brand

Your booking page looks like another company's.

The public booking page carries your brand, your domain, your appointment types and your qualification questions. What the customer answers there goes straight into the CRM and prepares the team before the meeting starts.

Your brand, not ours. The customer never sees WONDA.
Job 03 · No-shows

It got booked, they didn't come, and nobody called to ask.

Every appointment carries its reminder chain on the channel the customer actually uses (WhatsApp first) with one-tap confirmation and immediate rescheduling if they can't make it. If they don't confirm, the agent calls. A no-show stops being a mystery and becomes data.

The follow-ups the operation cannot afford to forget.
Job 04 · Rhythm

The team's calendar is set by whoever shouts loudest.

Capacity rules, travel time, buffers between appointments and priority by customer type. The calendar stops being a manual game of Tetris and becomes a policy: the agent allocates by what you defined, not by who asked first.

02The difference

Who does what, from day 1.

This isn't a feature you learn to use: it's work that stops being yours, with an explicit split of responsibilities.

Split of responsibilities · SchedulingIn force from day 1 of operation
The agent

Offers and confirms

  • Offers real slots inside the conversation
  • Books, reschedules and cancels under your rules
  • Sends the reminder chain on each channel
  • Calls whoever didn't confirm before they're lost
Your team

Attends and decides

  • Defines availability, capacity and priorities
  • Blocks their own time whenever they need to
  • Shows up prepared, with the context in front of them
  • Approves exceptions outside policy
The WONDA team

Designs and sustains

  • Builds the booking page with your brand and domain
  • Configures appointment types, questions and allocation rules
  • Measures attendance and tunes the reminder cadence
  • Reports occupancy and no-shows every month
03What it works with

An appointment is the end of one conversation and the start of another.

No module operates alone. These are the ones closest to it, and the channels the work goes out through.

34% fewer no-shows without calling anyone.

Four advisors averaging 60 appointments a month and a 22% no-show rate, mostly from forgetfulness. With the reminder chain and the call to whoever didn't confirm, no-shows drop to single digits and the freed slot is reassigned automatically.

Frequently asked

What people ask about scheduling.

Does it sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?

Yes, in both directions: whatever gets booked appears on the team's calendar, and whatever the team blocks stops being offered. The availability the customer sees is always the real one.

Can I have different appointment types?

Yes: duration, channel (in person, call, video), pre-questions, buffers and eligible people are configured per type. A property showing and a follow-up call aren't booked the same way.

What if two people book the same slot?

It can't happen: the slot is locked when the booking starts and released if it isn't completed. The public page and the agent write against the same availability.

Can I charge a deposit at booking?

Yes, when the business requires it. It's common in services with high no-show rates; the charge is handled from the finance module and stays tied to the appointment.

What about time zones?

They resolve themselves. The customer sees their local time and the team sees theirs; the agent states the zone explicitly in the message so there are no misunderstandings.

Does the customer know an AI booked it?

The appointment arrives like any other, under your brand. If the customer asks who they spoke with, the agent says so plainly.
