Decisions · How you choose

How are you going to run your business?

Before comparing software, compare paths: hiring, an agency, your own stack, loose agents, or staying as you are. Here are all five, with their real numbers and no varnish.

Last updated · July 2026 · reviewed quarterly

A service business has four real ways to solve its operation: hire people, hire an agency, buy tools and run them yourself, or switch on standalone AI agents. WONDA is a fifth: a partner that installs and operates the complete AI team and answers for the result. These pages compare all five honestly, including when we aren't the answer.

01The promise

We tell you when we're not your best option.

It's the uncomfortable part of these pages, and the reason they exist. A badly-fitted client costs us more than it brings in.

Honesty

Every page says when the alternative wins

Three or four concrete scenarios where hiring, the agency, your own stack or a standalone agent is the right call. Not hypotheticals: situations you'll recognize.

Traceability

Every number carries a source and a date

Cost ranges, turnover rates and industry data with a link to the original source and the month it was consulted. If a figure ages, it gets corrected, there's a scheduled quarterly review.

Respect

Zero pages against a brand

We compare decision categories, not named competitors. No screenshots of anyone else's interface, no third-party logos and no superlatives nobody can verify.

The data nobody is looking at

The Hispanic marketalready uses AI. Nobodytreats it as a core segment.

Eight out of ten Hispanic business owners in the US already use artificial intelligence in their operation, and two thirds want to use it more. Meanwhile the entire category keeps selling them product translated from English and support in somebody else's time zone.

03Our side

And this is what we are.

For the comparison to be fair, it helps to know exactly what's being compared.

The category

WONDA is an AI operating partner: we install and operate an artificial intelligence team inside your business, on our own platform, and we answer for a measurable result with a signed guarantee.

We don't sell licenses like software, or hours like an agency, or a farewell report like a consultancy. We cover sales, marketing, service, operations, finance and people, for less than one loaded employee costs. And when a month doesn't deliver what was promised, it shows up on the invoice.

Frequently asked

About these comparisons.

What does WONDA actually compete against?

Not other software. It competes against four ways of solving the operation: hiring people, hiring an agency, buying tools and running them yourself, or trying standalone AI agents. The fifth option, always present, is carrying on as before.

Why do you publish when you aren't the best option?

Because a badly-fitted client costs more than it brings in, for them and for us. Saying precisely when the alternative wins improves lead self-qualification, and it's the only honest way to ask for trust before anything gets signed.

Do you compare against named software brands?

No. We don't publish "WONDA vs. [brand]" pages. The data we use is category-level or industry survey data, with a linked source and a date, never attacks on a named competitor. We also don't use screenshots of anyone else's interface or third-party logos.

The best decision is the one made with numbers.

The diagnostic puts yours on the table: what leaks out today, what covering it would cost with each alternative, and what we guarantee. Creditable toward install.
