People · Your human team

AI is worth nothing if the team isn’t inside it.

The internal space where your people talk, find out and look things up: channels with the agents in them, announcements confirmed one by one, one-vote-per-person polls, and the library of whatever everyone asks twice.

The announcement is confirmed person by person. The poll is decided in one tap.

WONDA’s your human team module is the organisation’s intranet and internal chat: public and private channels, direct messages, single-level threads, reactions, saved messages and a filtered search. On top of that sit three pieces that change how a team coordinates: announcements that require a read confirmation person by person, one-vote-per-person polls with live results, and kudos published in the channel. AI agents take part in the channels and reply when they are mentioned.

01What it solves

The tool installs in a day. The team takes longer.

Almost every half-finished AI project stalls on adoption, not on technology.

Job 01 · Make it land

“It was announced in the group” is not having announced it.

An announcement posts as a card that requires confirmation, and each person confirms with one click. The counter says how many of how many confirmed, with names. Nobody has to ask at Monday’s meeting whether everyone heard about the discount policy change. You know who’s missing.

Announcements with a read confirmation person by personA confirmation counter with names, visible to everyoneNo other message carries a receipt: only announcements
The summary is built with rules, not AI. That’s why it’s instant and always says the same thing.
Job 02 · Make them decide

Twelve messages to choose between two options.

A poll posts with the question and up to six options, one vote per person, live results with percentage and count. Changing your mind is voting for another option; withdrawing is tapping your own. The conversation stops being a queue of “me too”. You decide and you move on.

Polls of two to six options, one vote per personLive results with percentage and countSingle-level threads to discuss without flooding the channel
The two missing have a name and a session booked with the coach. Adoption isn’t left to chance.
Job 03 · Adoption

The agents live in the channel, not in another tab

An agent is mentioned with an @ inside the channel and replies right there, in front of everyone. That is the difference between an AI someone deliberately opens and one that sits where the team already talks. Adoption stops depending on each person’s discipline.

Job 04 · Recognition

Kudos that stay written, not said in passing

A kudo posts in the channel with the name of who receives it, who gives it and the house value being recognised. It stays visible to the team. It costs thirty seconds and it is the only part of a company’s culture you can version.

02The difference

Who does what, from day 1.

This isn’t a feature you learn to use: it’s work that stops being yours, with an explicit split of responsibilities.

Split of responsibilities · Your human teamIn force from day 1 of operation
The agent

Takes part and summarises

  • Replies in the channel when someone @-mentions it
  • Prepares the catch-up of what happened since your last visit
  • Turns a message into a task, initiative, project or meeting
  • Brings the CRM figure over without anyone switching screens
Your team

Talks and confirms

  • Confirms it has read the announcements that concern it
  • Votes in polls and argues in threads, not in the channel
  • Saves what it will need later and finds it again in a list
  • Recognises other people’s work in writing, with its value
The WONDA team

Structures and supports

  • Sets up the channels and decides which agents live in each
  • Publishes the resources, the policies and the benefits
  • Supports adoption person by person through the academy
  • Reviews who is using the AI and who got left out
03What it works with

The human team touches everything else.

These are the modules that back it up most, and the channels the conversation flows through.

The people

You can install nine agentsand change nothingif the team doesn’t come in.

Channels carry the agents inside them, announcements are confirmed person by person, and surveys count one vote each. That way adoption shows up as a number instead of a question in a meeting.

05Typical scenario

The numbers of a real operation.

Real estate manager · 11 people

From “the boss uses the AI” to nine out of eleven, in six weeks.

The platform had been installed for two months and two people used it. The agents were moved into the channel where the team already talked, and changes started being posted as announcements with confirmation. Adoption wasn’t asked for by email: it became unavoidable because the work went through there.

Frequently asked

What people ask about the team.

Does this replace Slack or Teams?

It can, and in small teams it usually does. The reason to move isn’t having another chat: it’s that here the agents are inside the conversation and a message becomes a task, an initiative or a meeting without leaving it.

Are direct messages private?

Yes. DMs take no announcements, no polls and no channel settings; they are one-to-one conversation. Private channels are visible only to the members who were selected.

Is there any team climate or satisfaction measurement?

With channel polls you can ask whatever you need, one vote per person and live results. There is no eNPS dashboard with history; if a demo promises you one, ask to see it.

Do the agents read everything we write?

They take part in the channels they are placed in and reply when mentioned. There is no agent listening to private conversations to draw conclusions about anyone.

What about policies, benefits and resources?

They live in the same space, in read-only tabs: resource library, company news, benefits programme and policies in an accordion. It’s what people ask about twice a year and never find.

How much of your AI is one single person using?

The diagnostic measures real adoption per person, not the owner’s. The gap between whoever installed the tool and whoever uses it is almost always the ceiling of the project.
